What we collect

When you buy: your email address and the billing details you give to Stripe. We receive from Stripe your email, the plan, the amount and a payment reference. We do not receive or store your card number.

When Fic2All activates a licence: your licence key, a one-way fingerprint of the computer, the computer name and the application version. The raw computer identifier is never stored.

Your HFSQL data, file passwords and database passwords never leave your computer and are never sent to this site.

What we use it for

To deliver and manage your licence, send you the key and your receipts, let you sign in to your account, prevent abuse and answer support requests.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (needed to stay signed in) and a language preference cookie. No advertising or tracking cookie is used.

Processors

Stripe processes payments. Our hosting provider stores the database. Email is sent through our email provider.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [e-mail]. Invoices must be kept for the period required by accounting law.
