1. Who sells

Jazairsoft sells Fic2All, a Windows application that converts HFSQL Classic data files to SQL databases. Contact: [e-mail].

2. What you buy

A licence to use Fic2All. Three plans exist: Mission (30 days of use), Pro (12 months of use and updates) and Perpetual (no expiry, updates of version 1 included). All plans give the same features; they differ in duration, updates and support.

A key can be activated on up to 3 of your computers at the same time. You can free a computer at any time from your account.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros on the pricing section before you pay. Taxes, if any, are computed and displayed on the payment page. Payment is processed by Stripe; Jazairsoft never receives your card details.

Your licence key is delivered by email and in your account as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. Prerequisites

Fic2All reads HFSQL files through the HFSQL ODBC driver published by PC SOFT, which is not part of Fic2All and must be installed by you from PC SOFT's official site. The driver must be at least as recent as the WinDev version that saved your project. Fic2All is not affiliated with PC SOFT.

5. Refund

If Fic2All cannot read your HFSQL project, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. A refunded licence is withdrawn. Where the law gives you a right of withdrawal, it applies in addition to this promise.

6. Renewal

Mission and Pro licences do not renew automatically. You choose to renew from your account; the renewal extends the existing key.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Fic2All on your own data and on the data of your clients. You may not resell, share or publish your key beyond the number of computers allowed, nor try to bypass the licence check.

8. Warranty and liability

Fic2All is provided to convert your data and to show you, table by table, whether the conversion matches. Keep your source files: Fic2All never modifies them, but you remain responsible for checking the result and keeping backups. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid.
