Our promise

If Fic2All cannot read your HFSQL project, tell us within 14 days of purchase at account@fic2all.com and we refund the full price, without conditions on the reason. Please include your licence key and, if you can, the error message shown by the application.

How it works

Refunds are made to the original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the amount appears within 5 to 10 business days.

A refunded licence is withdrawn: it can no longer be activated or validated. Computers that already use it stop working at their next licence check, at the latest 14 days after the refund.

Your legal rights

Where the law of your country gives you a right of withdrawal or other mandatory rights, they apply in addition to this policy. For digital content delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal may end once delivery has started with your agreement; our promise above still applies.

Disputes

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we answer quickly and a direct refund is faster for everyone.
